CLEAR RIVERS successfully installed a Litter Trap in the harbor basin of Brussels after a positive test phase. The Litter Trap is emptied twice a week and retrieves approximately 2,4 m3 of floating plastic per month. The retrieved plastics are being recycled. The Litter Trap in Brussels has been placed 3 years ago and is perfectly functioning.
